This picture can`t be real. It seems to be a fake picture. The two guys on that are not so clear and everyone can notice that it has a lot of things that aren`t used in excavations. Another thing to be mentioned is the picture angle. It is very difficult to have this angle, usually the photographer should take it from one side and not from the top.
If it was true, probably this place would be a tourist attraction, receiving a lot of tourists and this skeleton would be transfered to a gallery or museum.
It is very weird that a discovery like that is not announced to everybody.
We have to know that nowadays it is very easy to change a picture and some times you can use an angle that shows something different from what it is.
We shouldn`t believe in everything that we see, we have to analyze what we see because some people want to make sucess deceiving others.

What do I think about Pedra da Gávea’s Mystery?
First of all, I guess this history about the face of an old man is not true. Seriously, it’s just a rock! Someone very creative saw a man and that’s it. In fact, since I was a little child, I ALWAYS saw the silhouette of Winnie The Pooh in Pedra da Gávea. Here is a montage I made for you to understand:

So, everybody can see anything they want.
Now, about the true mystery. I have been Googling (God, does that verb exist?!) and I found some curious stories about Pedra da Gávea being some kind of portal to another dimension. I think that’s AWESOME, I mean, it’s really nice when you stop to think that something so magical is here in Brazil. In this story I really believe.
Pedra da Gavea is also believed to be a tomb of a ruler of Phoenicia. I believe in this story too. I guess it’s totally possible to have an old king embedded here in Brazil, why not?
